Finally, we support our clients through orderly deactivation, consolidation, or design for dismantlement of surplus facilities and infrastructure. We have significant experience working in a government phased acquisition environment that represents a logical maturing of broadly stated mission needs into well-defined technical, system, safety, and quality requirements; and ultimately into operationally effective, suitable, and affordable facilities, systems, and other end products.
