SecurityPro2Serve’s fully integrated facilities provide a robust, secure infrastructure to support the full range of client projects and ensure efficient project execution and client interface at any classification level. Our Oak Ridge facilities offer two limited areas approved by both DoD and DOE for processing classified information. These limited areas contain classified workstations for information processing, and STU-III classified telephones enable remote communication of classified and sensitive information. Our secure corporate intranet (with DOE-approved encryption) enables resources to be integrated and applied to projects from all office locations. Each of our offices is also equipped with Entrust® encryption software to provide an approved method for routinely exchanging unclassified controlled information with our clients via the Internet. Pro2Serve has an exemplary record of successfully controlling and securing both classified and unclassified controlled information for client projects. Our success in this area is directly attributable to our DOE-approved Security Program that is compliant with DOE Order 470.1 along with an established infrastructure for handling and processing classified information. The approved facility security plan outlines the procedures for all aspects of security, including physical protection systems, personnel security, information security, and accountability. A version of this plan has been audited regularly by DOE since 1982 ensuring its compliance with the latest DOE guidance and maximizing its effectiveness in controlling classified information. |
