Pro2Serve is committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards of quality possible to ensure client satisfaction on all orders. Our Quality Assurance Program is ISO 9001:2000 registered and is fully compliant with 10 CFR 830.120 and Department of Energy Order 414.1C. Additionally, our quality program meets all requirements of NQA-1 – 2004, Quality Assurance Requirements for Nuclear Facility Applications, and has been approved by all of our clients for whom we perform nuclear facility work. Our audited and approved quality program integrates all programmatic and functional requirements and ensures that our approach to all work activities use standards-based quality control processes that are implemented, verified, and documented from order initiation through deliverables and project closeout.
